About PMP Sprint
What is PMP Sprint?
PMP Sprint is a study system for the PMP exam under PMI's July 2026 Examination Content Outline. It comes in two editions: an interactive tool that runs in your browser, and a printable PDF study guide. Each has 11 study units and 176 original practice questions. The two editions use different questions, so the bundle gives you 352.
Who made it?
PMP Sprint was built by Above Target Prep from the study system its author used for 17 days before passing the PMP on October 10, 2026, rated Above Target in the Process domain. One person's result doesn't guarantee yours, but every part of PMP Sprint was tested by someone who just sat the current exam.
Is it updated for the July 2026 exam?
Yes. It follows the July 2026 Examination Content Outline: People 33%, Process 41% and Business Environment 26%, with about 60% of questions in agile or hybrid scenarios.
What's the difference between the three products?
- Interactive Edition ($34): 176 questions with instant feedback, timed 60-question mini mocks, a full mock exam, results by domain, a study plan built around your exam date, and a list of your missed questions to retake.
- PDF Edition ($19): a 73-page printable guide with 176 different questions, a timed practice exam with an answer sheet, a full answer key and fill-in study plans.
- Bundle ($40): both editions, so 352 different questions. It's $13 less than buying them separately.
How long should I study with it?
Choose a 16-day fast track, a 30-day standard plan (recommended) or a 60-day relaxed plan. The interactive edition spreads the sessions across the days before your exam. The PDF has a fill-in plan for each length.
Are these real PMP exam questions?
No. Every question is original and written for PMP Sprint. Selling real exam questions breaks PMI's rules, and no legitimate provider does it. Our questions are written to match the style and topics of the current exam.
Does the exam make you calculate formulas?
In our author's experience, no question required working out a formula. You still need to know what results like CPI, SPI, float and EMV mean, so PMP Sprint includes Interpret questions that test exactly that.
Buying and delivery
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout, your order confirmation email includes a personal download button for each edition you bought. Your copy is stamped with your name and order number. Each link works for 60 days and allows up to 5 downloads.
I didn't get my download email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within an hour, email contact@3qmanagement.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep your files. There's no account and no renewal.
Can I upgrade to the bundle later?
Yes. Within 14 days of buying one edition, email us your order number and we'll send a discount code worth what you paid, to use toward the Bundle.

Using PMP Sprint
What do I need to use the Interactive Edition?
A computer with Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Save the downloaded file, then double-click it to open. It works offline and needs no installation or account.
Will it work on my phone or tablet?
The PDF works on any device. Opening downloaded HTML files is limited on some phones, especially iPhone, so we recommend a computer for the Interactive Edition.
Where is my progress saved?
Your study plan, scores and missed questions are saved in the browser you use, on that device. Use the same browser each time. Clearing your browser data or using a private window resets your progress.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes, for your own personal use.
Can I share it with a friend or study group?
No. Your license covers one person. Please don't share your files or download link. Point your friends to our store instead.
Exam and PMI
Is PMP Sprint endorsed by PMI?
No. PMP, PMBOK and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Above Target Prep is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI.
Does PMP Sprint count toward the 35 contact hours?
No. PMI requires 35 hours of project management education before you can apply for the exam. PMP Sprint is built for your final weeks of preparation, after that requirement is met.
Will PMP Sprint guarantee that I pass?
No product can honestly promise that. PMP Sprint gives you a structured plan, realistic practice and clear explanations. Aim for 85% or higher on the unit quizzes and 75% or higher on the mock exams before you sit the real one.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final once you've downloaded. You'll get a full refund if you bought the same product twice, if your download doesn't work and we can't fix it within 5 business days, or if you ask within 7 days and haven't downloaded yet.
