1. Who we are

This website is operated by Above Target Prep, a business name of 3Q Management Service LLC("Above Target Prep," "we," "us," "our"). By browsing this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By buying, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Our products

We sell digital study products for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam, including PMP Sprint: Interactive Edition, PMP Sprint: PDF Edition and the PMP Sprint Bundle (the "Products"). Product descriptions explain what each Product contains and what you need to use it. The Interactive Edition runs in a web browser on a computer. The PDF Edition opens in any PDF reader.

4. Your license

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own exam preparation. You may print the PDF Edition for your own use.

You may not:

•    share, copy, resell, rent, lend or give away a Product or your download link

•    upload a Product, or any part of it, to a website, file-sharing service, course platform or shared drive

•    use a Product to teach a class or train a group without our written permission

•    use a Product or its questions to train or build an AI model or a competing product

•    remove or change any copyright, trademark or license notice

If you break these terms, we may cancel your license and take further action to protect our work.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Products and on this site, including text, questions, explanations, study plans, design, logos and software, belongs to Above Target Prep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a Product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the content.

6. Trademarks and independence

PMP, PMBOK and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Above Target Prep is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PMI. All practice questions are original works written for our Products. They are not actual exam questions.

7. Educational purpose; no guarantee

Our Products are study aids. Your exam result depends on your preparation, experience and performance on exam day, so we don't guarantee that you will pass or get any particular score. Exam content, format, fees and eligibility rules are set by PMI and can change. Always check pmi.org for the current requirements. Our Products don't count toward PMI's 35 contact hours of project management education.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change doesn't affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't see or store your full card details. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may expire.

9. Delivery

After payment, you'll receive an email with a download link. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email contact@3qmanagment.com Download links may allow a limited number of downloads. Save your files somewhere safe as soon as you receive them.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Your data and devices

The Interactive Edition saves your study plan, scores and missed questions only in your own web browser on your own device. We can't see or recover that information. Clearing your browser data or switching devices may reset your progress.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to keep our Products accurate and up to date, but they are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Products are error-free or will work on every device or browser.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Above Target Prep and 3Q Management Service LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, exam fees or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product that the claim relates to.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Above Target Prep and 3Q Management Service from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Products.

15. Third-party services and links

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party processors. Links to other websites, such as pmi.org, are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of LA without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in LA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, with a new effective date. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect when you bought.
