Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2026

Above Target Prep sells digital study products. Your files are delivered instantly by email after checkout and can't be returned, so we handle refunds differently from a store that ships physical goods. This policy explains when a refund is and isn't available.

All sales are final

Because a digital file can't be returned once you have it, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds for change of mind, for not using the product, or for exam results.

When we do issue a refund

You'll receive a full refund in these situations:

•    Duplicate purchase. You bought the same product twice by mistake. We refund the extra order (unless files have been downloaded or accessed).

•    Download problem we can't fix. Your files won't download or open, and we can't fix the problem within 5 business days of your request.

•    Bought the wrong edition. You ask within 7 days and haven't downloaded. We refund that order so you can buy the right one.

Upgrading to the bundle

Bought the Interactive Edition ($34) or the PDF Edition ($19) and want the other one too? Within 14 days of purchase, email us your order number and we'll send you a discount code worth the amount you paid. You can use it toward the Bundle ($40), so you only pay the difference.

Cancellations

Orders are delivered automatically the moment payment goes through, so an order can't be cancelled after checkout. If you ordered by mistake, email us right away. If you haven't opened your download link, we'll refund you under "Not downloaded" above.

How to request a refund

Email contact@3qmanagement.com within the time limits above. Include your order number, the email address you used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days

Exam fees and results

Above Target Prep is not affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI). We can't refund PMI exam or membership fees. Your purchase doesn't guarantee any exam result, and exam results aren't grounds for a refund.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your order, email us first. Most problems are fixed the same day. A chargeback filed without contacting us first may lead to your license being cancelled while the dispute is reviewed.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Customers in the EU and UK: at checkout you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this means you lose your right to cancel once the download starts.
